We were employed on a Design & Build basis by recruitment technology specialists Harvey Nash, for the office refurbishment of their existing premises at Marshalls Mill in Leeds.
The scheme included a full strip out and office refurbishment, including new desking and IT infrastructure. The project was designed very much with the nature of Marshalls Mill in mind by mimicking the exterior windows with the glazing to the meeting spaces. The open plan nature of the rest of the floor, with the breakout spaces, makes this a great space to work and relax. The introduction of the ‘moss wall’ and signage at the rear of the space gave it a real identity, showcasing the client's brand exceptionally well.
From the first time I met with Total Interior Contracts I had full confidence in their ability to make our vision a reality. They completely understood the brief and came back with a design which was both inspiring and practical and needed little if any tweaks. The quality of workmanship from the team of people who made it happen - from the ripping down of walls, to the re-wiring, from the kitchen fitting to the moss wall building – really is second to none. They were quick, tidy, polite and hold incredibly high standards.
The end result? A beautiful office space that we can be really proud of and a life long customer for all future re-fits.
