Design & Build
Office Refurbishment
TIC Ltd offer a full CAT A fit out service including raised flooring, ceilings, Mechanical and Electrical and finishes. We can also include for full CAT B services including partitions, specialist lighting, IT/AV installations, Tea Points and furniture.
We can carry out dilapidations works and we would undertake strip out and re-install to bring the building back to a position where a building owner can let out to new clients.
Design & Build
The traditional method for clients to start the process of looking at an office refurbishment would entail a lengthy process of employing an Architect or Interior Designer, a Quantity Surveyor and a Services Consultant.
This process means projects can be slow to get off the ground and be costly and with multiple companies involved, can lead to a disjointed approach.
The option of using TIC Ltd for a full Design and Build project would involve us taking these headaches away and providing a turnkey solution from initial concept meetings through design, to on site delivery, and practical completion.

We can also provide bespoke joinery solutions, whether it be reception desks or bars for restaurants, all designed to suit your budget and specific requirements.
Commercial Fitout
We have a proven track record of delivering high quality fit-outs throughout the UK. Detailed quotations are provided following a thorough consultation process with yourselves and our expert analysis of your workplace.
The fit-out design and implementation is very much a team approach and we listen to your aspirations and resolve design/cost issues well before the project reaches delivery stage
The delivery team takes on the project on receipt of an order and will keep you fully up to speed with progress against pre-agreed programmes.
We treat our own delivery teams and our sub-contractor database with respect and in turn they work with us, in a friendly and approachable manner which comes across in the day to day running and delivery of each project.
