Office Refurbishment
Total Interior Contracts were employed by designers Corporate Workspace on behalf of CBRE to refurbish the existing reception and core areas at The Waterfront building in Shipley.
The scheme included bespoke joinery, feature timber wall and reception desk, re-decoration, feature lighting, furniture and meeting pods positioned within the core areas on the upper floors. The end result provides a vibrant, inviting welcome into the building and for existing tenants, the use of the core area meeting pods for informal meetings.
Our team managed to complete the project to the set timescale. This is thanks to our experience in the industry and our understanding of careful planning and execution. Office refurbishments need to be carried out accurately, always prioritising the client's needs.
