Reception, Lift Lobbies and Cat 'A' Refurbishment
Boulton House is situated right in the heart of the City Centre of Manchester.
Our team were employed on a full strip and refurbishment to Cat A standard of 13,000 sq ft of office space plus the lift lobbies and reception.
The works consisted of all new ceilings, bespoke joinery, lighting, flooring and specialist fire rated lobby partitions. The project was delivered within a very tight programme and as a result the client instigated a further project to strip out the existing external cladding and replace with new, plus a new external window and brickslip finishes.

The end result was a transformation of the office spaces and the upgrade of the Reception and external cladding gave the building a well needed facelift.
