ROSEN is a global company with offices, operations and technology & research centres in many locations worldwide.
Due to continued expansion, we were employed on a design and build basis to provide a full turnkey solution for 17,000 sq ft of office space.
TIC worked closely with the client in understanding the business and its aspirations for the additional office space. TIC provided additional meeting room facilities, breakout area and a large open plan space.
We contracted TIC to project manage and fit out our new, expanded office space. It turned out to be as painless a fit-out job as we could hope for, with the minimum disruption to our daily operations. The quality of the work was excellent and a focus on site safety was apparent from the start. All works were completed to the agreed schedule and budget.
