Long term office refurbishment project for multiple sites
TIC were employed on a design and build basis by Fuel Card Services for the full refurbishment of a wing of the 2nd floor at Bowling Mill at Dean Clough in Halifax.
The works consisted of a full refurbishment including changes to the existing Mechanical and Electrical services to suit the new layout and all new finishes and office furniture.
This was the latest in a long term relationship between our two companies and we have completed other Design and Build fit-outs for Fuel Card in all their other locations including Burnley, Motherwell, Canterbury and Oxford.
TIC have completed the design and build of our offices and have created an excellent working environment for our staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending TIC to any prospective client; they really do take ownership of the project and ensure it progresses on schedule and as planned.
